We hope that you will love your purchase from an Authorised Retailer. If for any reason, you need to return the item, then you will need to contact the Authorised Retailer the product was purchased from (subject to the Retailers Terms of Sale; Proof of Purchase may be necessary).
N.B. NO RETURNS CAN BE MADE TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE STOCKIST THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED FROM.
We hope that you will love your rojaparfums.com order, however, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition. Proof of Purchase will be validated via our online sale records.
To return a product, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org to notify them of your intent to return the item, and confirm the approved courier details. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the products with anyone other than our approved couriers.
We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale. We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.
Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
N.B. Items bought in-store should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange (subject to the Retailers Terms of Sale; Proof of Purchase may be necessary).
Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Only products purchased through the rojaparfums.com may be returned to the company in accordance with this return policy. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.
N.B. Please return Roja Parfums products from Authorised Stockists to the Authorised Retailer the product was purchased from. These returns will be subject to the return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made; you may require Proof of Purchase.

This means that these retailers do not work with us, as such there is no way for us to verify the product purchased at Unauthorized Stockist which could be old, fake, tampered with or defective.
The only guaranteed legitimate online Roja Parfums products are only those found on rojaparfums.com or the official online retail website of an Authorised Stockist (see here).
With luxury products, there is always a risk of counterfeit products finding their way into the market, and therefore to ensure your purchase is genuine you must only purchase from either rojaparfums.com or one of our Authorised Stockists.
