Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing:
All orders are processed from the U.K. during normal business hours.ROJA is not open on weekends and public holidays.
If your order is placed during this period, please allow for additional processing time.
Tracking:
All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have your parcel moving.
Delays:
On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to DPD, DHL, FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
Customs Tax and Duties:ROJA now cover all tax, duties and fees at customs so there are no additional costs to worry about. If you are asked to pay any additional fees please refuse and reach out directly to customer-services@rojaparfums.com so we can assist.
Dangerous Goods:
Please note perfume is classified as “Dangerous Goods” and requires additional paperwork and checks, which can lead to orders being delayed by Customs. If they require any further information, they may contact you directly, please reach out to customer-services@rojaparfums.com if they do.
Non-Domestic Addresses:
Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes for orders over £190 / $250 and are unable to ship to a Military base address
